SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via FedEx, or Best Way.

We try to ship all items within 2 business days of ordering, but we aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00pm (EDST), the same day. Shipping times may be extended due to high seasonal volume. If shipping is delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately.

If there is special handling charge or an alternate carrier/shipping method is required for an item, we will contact you to discuss the details prior to shipping your order.

RETURNS:

Must be made within 14 days and you must call for a Return Authorization or fill out the Return Form, prior to returning any item.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. (See our conditions page for more info)
